Please understand our policies are binding and cannot be changed
 under any reason, except highly exceptional circumstances.
 

Deposit Policy (Bequia/Tortola Hotels): Minimum 3-night deposit (USD) is required. For The Beach Villa (Fort Recovery Tortola) deposit information please see below. Visa, Master Card and American Express Credit Cards are accepted. We do not accept personal checks. Payment is due upon arrival and is non-refundable.

Fort Recovery Hotels & Resorts Cancellation Policy
2010 - 2011

Between April 15th to December 17th (Bequia/Tortola Hotels):
A 3-night deposit is required to secure all reservations. Cancellation of your reservation must be received no later than 45days prior to the arrival date will result in full forfeiture of the entire stay. No shows, cancellations, and short stays (3 nights and less) will result in full forfeiture of the entire stay.

Between December 18th to April 14th (Bequia/Tortola Hotels):
A 3-night deposit is required to secure all reservations.  Cancellation of your reservation must be received no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date will result in full forfeiture of the entire stay. No shows, cancellations,  and short stays (3 nights and less) will result in full forfeiture of the entire stay.

The Beach Villa - Fort Recovery Tortola, British V.I.
A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation.  Cancellation of your reservation must be received no later than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in full forfeiture of the entire stay.

If cancellations warrant it based on managements approval your funds may be applied toward a future stay within a year.

On Tortola, Fort Recovery Beachfront Villas was the only property chosen by Discovery’s Travel Channel for a 12- Part Special Series on the Caribbean by Meshach Taylor. The hotel was recently given the Golden Compass Award by the reader's of the Captain's Guide Magazine "Best Resort in the BVI 2006 ", one of their most prestigious awards. Fort Recovery recently appeared in articles in the Washington Times, NY Times and Cape Air's "Bird's Eye View" Magazine.
