Caribbean Conch Fritters ~ Fresh conch breaded, deep fried and stuffed with seasonings. Portion size is for two persons. ($12.00)
Chicken Wings ~ Spicy, Buffalo or Barbeque style, freshly made each day. Eight wings per order. Served with a side of Blue cheese dressing ($10.00)
Crab Cakes ~ Alaskan King Crab Meat seasoned, breaded and deep fried, simply delicious! Served with a side of Mango sauce or Blue Cheese dip. Portion size is four cakes. ($12.00)
Garden Salad ~ Fresh greens with tomato, cucumber, baby tomatoes, carrots and parsley with choice of our house dressing or various other available dressing. ($8.00)
Onion Rings ~ Large, fresh onions dipped in homemade batter, deep fried to perfection. Portion size is for two persons. ($12.00)

Blackened or Grilled

Coconut Encrusted Mahi Mahi ~ 10 oz. filet of Mahi Mahi encrusted with fresh coconut and lemon.
Pork Chops ~ Grilled, Breaded or Blackened, served with side of fresh applesauce or apple walnut cream sauce.
Baby Back Ribs ~ Grilled in our homemade Barbeque sauce with a smoky finish.
NY Strip Steak ~ 12 oz. cut, tender and juicy, grilled to perfection. Please indicate how you would like it cooked.
Stuffed Blackened Steak ~ 12 oz. cut NY strip blackened and stuffed with seasoning and breading. A customer favorite.
Boneless Chicken Breast ~ 8 oz. chicken breast Sautéed in a lovely Italian Marinade...
Stuffed Chicken Breast ~ Marinated chicken breast stuffed with vegetables finely chopped and sprinkled with fresh parmesan cheese, drizzled with a delicious mushroom sauce.
Salmon ~ 8 oz. skinless filet drizzled with onions and a light lemon sauce.
Fish of the Day ~ Fish is grilled island style. Served with a Creole, lemon or Tangy sauce depending on fish. See board for current fish of the day or inquire from waitperson.

Sautéed

Jambalaya ~ Famous New Orleans’s recipe made with seasoned rice, chicken and shrimp in the wickedest original Creole sauce! Be forewarned this entrée is VERY spicy, just the way it’s hometown calls for it!
Shrimp or Scallops ~ Glazed in Sambuca, cooked with bell peppers and carrots in a lovely cream sauce.
Vegetable Pasta ~ Served with Shrimp, fish, chicken or plain. A medley of vegetables including broccoli, zucchini, squash, carrots, sno peas and others, with your choice of grilled or steamed veggies. Choose from a white wine sauce or homemade marinara.
Lemon Chicken ~ Thick and creamy lemon sauce drizzled over grilled chicken breast.
Chicken or Shrimp Roti ~ This entrée originates in Trinidad, a homemade West Indian style wrap filled with curry, chicken or shrimp, diced potatoes and carrot medley. All Rotis are served with a side of Mango Chutney to complete the perfect Roti dish.     
Jerk Chicken ~ A Spicy West Indian dish. Spicy jerk seared on blackened chicken. Not for the weak taste buds!

Vegetarian Choices

Vegetable Roti ~ Same as our Chicken or Shrimp Roti, but with a rich vegetable medley inside of white potato, zucchini, squash, carrots and finely chopped broccoli in thick curry sauce.
Vegetarian Pasta ~ A medley of vegetables including broccoli, zucchini, squash, carrots, sno peas and others, with your choice of grilled or steamed veggies. Choose from a white wine sauce or homemade marinara.
Vegetarian Spanish Rice ~ Similar to our vegetarian pasta dish except over our seasoned Spanish rice with a light Creole sauce if desired.

Key Lime Pie ~ Homemade crust with tart lime custard filling.
Chocolate Death Cake ~ Moist chocolate cake, with chocolate frosting layers and chocolate chips. A real sweet lover’s treat!
Carrot Cake ~ Spice brown cake with finely grated carrots, topped with a delectable cream cheese frosting.
Pecan Pie ~ Fresh graham cracker crumble crust, pecans and rich filling, the perfect way to finish your evening!
Traditional Cheese Cake ~ Delicious cheesecake traditionally made to perfection.
Coconut Cake ~ Vanilla flavored cake with a delicious white frosting with coconut shaving, also layered in coconut frosting.
Dolce (Ice Cream) ~ Two scoops of ice cream with whipped cream, warm chocolate syrup and cherry on top. Please ask, what the flavor of the day is!
